Fission specialise in the recruitment of staff for the engineering industry, key to what we do is not just placing the right person in the right position but assisting both the client and candidate in their long-term planning and skill acquisition to provide successful, fully maintained, and operated engineering solutions in both the UK and across the globe.

We are currently engaged and are assisting clients build teams in the UK, Canada, North America, Southeast Asia & the Middle East. Doubling in turnover year on year for the last 5 years. Fission Recruitment Services is fast becoming a supplier of choice.

We are modern. We use the best end to end recruitment software on the market. We work out what good looks like for YOU and we help you consistently achieve. We utilise personal branding, digital touchpoints and techniques fit for 2021; we still love making phone-calls too though.

Office Environment

We are located at 111 Piccadilly, a modern co-working space in the centre of Manchester. We have some amazing facilities throughout our building such as a communal lounge, meeting rooms, fully stocked kitchens and Ancoats Coffee for all your sweet treats and coffee needs.

Team Building

We regularly plan away days for the whole team. These have proved to be very successful and a way to engage our employees. The benefits of team-building include increased motivation and help our people to have fun. We believe this helps staff to be more creative and to collaborate on team skills out of their usual environment. Activities away from the workplace provide opportunities for problem-solving and also raise awareness of the individual qualities that each person brings to their team.
