We are working with an innovative fintech start-up that is on a mission to help eliminate financial inequality. Having already made strides in the D2C space they are now looking to spin out a B2B offering  and this is where the Product Manager role comes in. You will have a genuinely unique opportunity to help build out this proposition.

What you’ll be doing:-

You’ll immerse yourself in the world of the customer gathering in depth information via interviews, CS calls and market research.
You will work closely with the engineering team to scope the MVP solution.
You will play a key role working with the product team to continuously improve the product and ensure that it is solving customer problems efficiently.
Wider ad-hoc strategic projects, analysing data, building short-term roadmaps along with identifying and implementing product improvements
What you’ll need:-

2+ years in a Product Management role.
An analytical and strategic approach. You will be happy and must enjoy using data to drive decisions.
Ideally B2B product experience.
A customer-centric approach at all times.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
