Intro
Dee is the Account Manager for Fission Highways supporting the development of our national highway’s accounts and frameworks. Working closely with our clients, Dee aims to fully understand their requirements, their culture and the type of talent required, ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process.
Biography
Born in Bosnia but raised in Manchester, Dee is blessed with being multi-lingual and can speak English and Bosnian fluently. Fostering and maintaining strong relationships is something Dee is passionate about, and when she isn’t working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends.
Professional Life
Dee joined Fission Highways in the summer of 2022 after 5 very successful years as a Rail & Construction recruiter working for one of the UK’s leading rail labour suppliers. Starting out as a blue recruiter before moving to white collar recruitment, and then Account Management, Dee has recruited for many disciplines from Labourers to Senior Commercial and Operational Management professionals.
